By opting into the Surplus Diabetic Supplies SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages related to:

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out, simply text “STOP” to the shortcode from which you received our messages. Upon receiving your request, you will receive a final confirmation SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.


3. Rejoining Instructions

If you wish to rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may text “START” or “UNSTOP” to the same shortcode, or re-enroll through our website. You will then begin receiving messages again.

9. Legal Compliance

By participating in our SMS program, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you own or are authorized to use the mobile number provided. You also agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding SMS communications.

 

10. Medicare/Medicaid Products

By using our website and requesting a quote you confirm that your diabetic supplies are not obtained through Medicaid/Medicare.

If products meet all terms and conditions, Surplus Diabetic Supplies LLC agrees to pay quoted price. If product does not meet all requirements then price will be adjusted accordingly or rejected completely.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to sell supplies.

2. Ownership of Supplies

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the items you sell, or you have legal permission to sell on behalf of the owner.

Once received, all supplies become the property of Surplus Diabetic Supplies.

3. Condition of Supplies

We cannot accept boxes that are:

Opened, used, stained, soiled, or heavily damaged

Water-damaged or marked with ink/marker

Boxes with small rips, dents, or minor wear may qualify for reduced payment.

Safety-risk items (used products, broken seals, altered expiration dates) will be rejected and not paid for.

4. Prescription Labels

We carefully remove all prescription labels before resale.

If label removal damages the box (tears, missing parts, broken seals), payment may be reduced.

5. Tampered Products

Boxes with broken/missing seals or changed expiration dates are considered unsafe and will not be accepted.

6. Special Device Products

Dexcom, OmniPod, OmniPod DASH, OmniPod 5, Tandem, and Medtronic products must:

Be in original packaging

Have matching lot numbers

Contain the full quantity listed on the box

7. Expiration Dates

All products must meet our minimum expiration requirements listed of seven months before expiraton minimum unless otherwise noted.

8. Pricing & Orders

Prices may change without notice.

Payment is based on the date your order is placed, not when we receive your products.

If you are shipping to us we recommend mailing your package within 15 days of placing your order.

9. Government-Issued Supplies

We do not purchase test strips from Medicare or Medicaid.

This rule does not apply to eligible CGM products (e.g., Dexcom).

10. International Products

We do not accept international boxes.

11. Shipping Labels

We provide a prepaid USPS or FedEx label.

If you use another carrier, we will reimburse up to $10 per package.

12. Accepted Products

We only buy products listed on our website: www.surplusdiabeticsupplies.com

13. Returns of Non-Eligible Items

If your supplies do not meet our terms, we will not pay return shipping.

To have items returned, you must send us a prepaid, trackable shipping label (via USPS or email to customerservice@surplusdiabeticsupplies.com
).

14. Business Checks

Checks are mailed Monday–Friday.

Packages received Friday or Saturday may not be processed until Monday.

15. Delivery of Checks

Checks sent by USPS First Class Mail are not trackable and may take up to a week or longer.

A check will only be considered lost after 15 business days. If so, the original will be voided and a new one issued.

16. PayPal Payments

We release PayPal payments within 24 hours of processing.

PayPal may place a 48-hour hold, which is outside our control.

Packages delivered on Saturdays are paid the following Monday.

17. Weekend & Holiday Processing

Packages delivered on weekends may be processed, but payments are not released until Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

18. Payment Disputes

You may dispute your payment amount for up to 15 days from the date payment is issued.

19. Payment Method Changes

Once a check has been mailed, the payment type cannot be changed.

PayPal payments can only be changed if refunded back to Surplus Diabetic Supplies and reissued in another form.
